Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Bright Bite! To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients and to value everyone’s time, please read and agree to the following policies before booking your appointment. Booking Requirements •A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, due at the time of booking •Appointments will not be confirmed without a deposit. •Your deposit will be applied to your service total, but it is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstance. **Please no extra guests or children** Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand life happens—but please be respectful of our time and notify us in advance. •A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. •If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. •If you do not show up to your appointment and did not cancel in advance, you will be responsible for 100% of the service fee. •Fees for late cancellations or no-shows must be paid in full before rebooking, and a new deposit will be required. Late Arrivals •A 10-minute grace period is allowed. •If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, canceled automatically, and you will be charged 100% of the service fee
